Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language or behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises and suspension or termination of access to the club and Services.

5.2 Safety rules
You agree to follow all posted safety notices, instructions from staff, and any equipment or facility guidelines. Appropriate sportswear and footwear must be worn on court. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically able to participate in padel or any other activities at the club and for consulting a medical professional if you have any concerns about your health or fitness.

5.3 Respect for facilities
You must treat all club property, including courts, equipment, locker rooms, and cafe facilities, with care. Any intentional or negligent damage to the club’s property may result in charges to repair or replace the damaged items and may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the club. Please keep the facilities clean, dispose of rubbish responsibly, and follow any specific house rules displayed at the club.
